I’m beyond excited to join Andy Ivankovich and Baker Hill as Chief Marketing Officer. Baker Hill is a financial tech platform that specializes in loan origination, risk management, and analytics & marketing for community banks and credit unions. Baker Hill is a leader in this space, and under Andy’s leadership, we are going to take the company to the next level.
The coming days and weeks will be spent learning the company, culture, platform, and people. I’ll be working with Andy and our leadership team on developing a strategic plan for a bright future.
It’s a very exciting time to join a company that’s poised to transform how lending is done. With community banks and credit unions vulnerable to losing business to larger financial institutions, I love the opportunity to be part of a team that provides world-class tools to organizations that focus on serving local communities.
The work won’t matter without a great leader to follow. Being a lifelong West Wing fan, I’ve discovered on my leadership journey that my best counterpart is not President Bartlett, but Leo McGary. I love serving a leader that I believe in. Andy is this kind of leader. I have worked with him before. I believe in him deeply. He knows how to build. He also knows how to win. And he does it the right way. Baker Hill has been the leader in the fintech space for over 40 years. But, like President Bartlet, it’s time to ask, “What’s Next”?
My professional journey has not been linear. I’ve had several opportunities to grow and re-invent myself vocationally. All of these past opportunities have prepared me for this critical assignment, and I can’t be more excited.
President Bartlet once said, “Every Time We Think We’ve Measured Our Capacity To Reach A Challenge, We Look Up And We’re Reminded That Capacity May Well Be Limitless.”
